Your documents live on your device. In the current version, resumes and cover letters are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.

Right to erasure. The “Delete all my data” button in your documents page permanently removes everything this product stored on your device, in one click. When cloud accounts launch, the same one-click erasure will apply server-side, in line with GDPR.

Analytics. We measure anonymous, aggregate product usage to improve the product. We do not sell personal data — ever.

Billing transparency. If and when you pay for a download plan, every charge triggers an instant email receipt, and cancellation is self-serve in two clicks.
